CONNECTICUT 4-H RECORD KEEPING
The new Connecticut 4-H Record Keeping system was developed as an outcome of a survey taken among leaders, parents, 4-Hers and alumni. The new guidebook, project records, alternate records and activity record are the results of the efforts and hard work of the State 4-H Committee on Record Keeping. This volunteer group met monthly for two years. The Committee's goal for the new record keeping system includes: being user friendly; provide a guidebook with examples for leaders, parents and members; have a record keeping system that mimics the real world; and use industry standards as a guide for deciding on the information needed for record keeping.
