Exhibitor Registration Forms

If you're a 4-H'er who's planning to show projects at the 4-H fair, it's important to fill out the appropriate forms and a hard copy of these registration forms must be mailed or brought into the 4-H office. All exhibitors must fill out and return the General Exhibitor Registration Form, and animal exhibitors should fill out the applicable additional forms. Like the fairbook download, these files require Adobe Reader, which can be downloaded using the red button in the previous section. However, unlike in the fairbook, you can type directly into the boxes of these forms and print the completed copy.
